How It Works
Step 1 — Share your link
Use your personal affiliate link to share any of our offers. This includes event registration pages or book-a-call links.
When someone clicks your link and enters our system (for example, by booking a call or signing up for an event), they’ll be automatically tracked under your name.
If they later join a paid programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold) or a Focus Day, they’ll count as one confirmed referral.
Step 2 — Earn referral bonuses
You’ll receive a cash bonus for each new client who joins through your link:
£15 for each Bronze client
£100 for each Silver client
£200 for each Gold client
£100 for each Virtual Focus Day
£250 for each In-Person Focus Day
These bonuses are paid out as each referral joins.
Step 3 — Qualify for the Inner Circle
Once five of your referrals become paying clients, you’ll automatically qualify for the Gold Medal Inner Circle.
Your membership lasts for 6 months from the date you qualify, giving you exclusive access to quarterly coaching and strategy sessions with Katie during that period.
After 6 months, you can re-qualify by referring another five paying clients and extend your Inner Circle membership for another 6 months.
Step 4 — Join the private event
You’ll be invited to a quarterly private event with Katie, where she’ll share advanced strategies, host open Q&A discussions, and connect you with other high-performing business owners.

How do I qualify?
Refer 5 people who become paying clients through your unique affiliate link. Once all 5 have joined, you’ll automatically be invited to the next Inner Circle event and receive 6 months of access.
How long does Inner Circle access last?

What counts as a referral?
Anyone who first enters our system through your affiliate link — by booking a call, joining a webinar, or signing up for an event — and then joins a paid program. The system tracks this automatically, so there’s no manual follow-up needed.
What happens when I qualify?
You’ll get a personal invite to the next Inner Circle event - a quarterly session with Katie focused on growth, leadership, and scaling. You’ll also get early access to new programs and insider updates before anyone else.
How will I know if someone signs up through me?
