As the founder of Tiny Troops Soccer, Amy scaled from a single programme to 50+ locations across 17 states, building a team of 60+ staff worldwide. She later expanded her impact by launching Tiny Tot Soccer, specialising in early years development.
A mom of three, author, and advocate for military spouse employment, Amy has been featured in Sports Illustrated, Military Spouse Magazine, and was named 2021 Inspirational Leader of the Year.

Over the past 14 years, she has grown a thriving, sustainable business by combining a strong coaching vision with a sharp commercial strategy.
With 25+ years’ experience across retail, sales, account management, and business development, she has led all key areas in her business, including recruitment, training, sales, marketing, finance, and team leadership.
She also brings experience as a Business Coach, supporting a wide range of clients to improve performance and scale with clarity.
