How long is the programme?

The programme is for 12 months. For you to see a big transformation in yourself and your business, you need solid 12 months of consistent support. However, every client is different in terms of speed. If we feel you are ready to move up to the next level before the end of the 12 months, we will graduate you from one programme and into the next.

What happens if I cannot attend the monthly calls?

All calls are recorded, so if you miss calls, you do not miss out on anything. All recordings are uploaded to your online training platform.

Can I stop and cancel my account?

You can cancel anytime, just give us 30 days' notice. Please note, there is a minimum one-month commitment, and cancellations can only be made after this period. If you have paid in full for the 12 months, we do not offer refunds.

Is there support daily?

Yes. If you need support, please contact us at [email protected]. Also, we have a dedicated Facebook Group where you can ask questions and receive support.

What time are the calls?

All live trainings are held every Thursday, 1–2 PM GMT. Each session is interactive.

What happens if I cannot attend the calls?

Every session is recorded and uploaded to your portal within 24 hours. You’ll be able to watch the replay anytime and still get full value from the training.

How long will I have access to the replays?

You’ll have access for the full 3 months of the programme. We recommend catching up weekly to keep pace with the group and get the most out of the live support.

How is this different from the regular Bronze Mentorship?

This is a focused, 3-month program built specifically for Performing Arts School owners. While Bronze Mentorship runs year-round and covers broader business topics, this 3 Month Program gives you a structured weekly plan to improve growth, systems, and marketing fast. Perfect if you want momentum to start the new year strong.

Can I join if I’m already in Bronze?

Yes. Current Bronze members can join for £350 (instead of £600). You’ll still attend the same live sessions, but your membership includes extra coaching and resources.

What’s the refund policy?

All payments are non-refundable. This is a 3-month mentorship with immediate access to resources and replays, so please make sure you’re ready to commit before registering.

What if I fall behind?

You won’t lose access mid-program. You can catch up with the replays at any time during the 3 months and rejoin live sessions when you’re ready. The community support will help you stay on track.

Is there support daily?

Yes. If you need support, you can contact our customer service team at [email protected] and we have a dedicated Facebook Group where you can ask questions and receive support from the community

When does the program start?

The first live session begins Thursday, January 9, 2026 at 1 PM GMT. You’ll receive full access instructions and your welcome pack once you register.

How many franchisees do you work with at one time?

Our Gold Mentorship is primarily one-to-one. However, because we work on the same business, we can take 2 franchisees at a time. Their one-to-one session will include both franchisees and their mentor, which also allows us to offer a discounted rate.

How long is the franchise mentorship?

3–6 months. Your mentorship is completely customised. During your consultation, we will decide the level of support you need based on the size of your franchise.

How is the mentorship delivered?

1-hour consultation before one-to-ones begin

1 x 40-minute one-to-one per week via Zoom (with the CEO only or up to 3 additional core leaders)

Can I spread the mentorship over 12 months?

The mentorship is an intense, focused 3- or 6-month programme, so we do not offer a 12-month option.

Is there daily support?

Yes. You have access to your designated mentor Monday to Friday via email and phone.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which you are entitled to a full refund. Once your mentorship has started, refunds are not available.

All calls are recorded, so no one misses out. Franchisees can watch the recordings and still complete the tasks. For one-to-one sessions, if someone cannot attend, we will reschedule.

Yes. During your introductory call, we map out a personalised plan based on your goals and vision. This ensures your franchisees progress in a way that works for your franchise and network.

We offer flexible monthly payment plans. We also recommend exploring low-interest finance options if needed.

Can the mentorship be paused or extended over 12 months?

The programme is designed as an intense, 12-month experience for maximum impact. Pausing is not normally allowed as it slows growth. Exceptions can be made for illness or other serious circumstances and are considered individually.
