A Gold Mentorship Programme mentee turned CEO, Amy built a thriving children's sports business, surpassing 1,000 players per month in 2024—and still growing! Now, she’s helping other children’s activity entrepreneurs scale and lead with confidence.
From a 16-year-old soccer newcomer to college captain and pro player with the Cincinnati Ladyhawks (W-League, USL), Amy combined her B.S. in Finance & M.S. in Sport Management to launch Tiny Troops Soccer while stationed in Japan as a USMC military spouse.
10 years later, Tiny Troops operates in 17 states, 50+ locations, and employs 60+ staff worldwide. She also founded Tiny Tot Soccer to expand early childhood sports. A mom of three, author, and advocate for military spouse employment, Amy has been featured in Sports Illustrated, Military Spouse Magazine, and was named 2021 Inspirational Leader of the Year.
With expertise in program creation, coaching, and business strategy, Amy is dedicated to helping fellow entrepreneurs build, scale, and lead successfully—just like she did.
Shelley Otway Wood
PERFORMING ARTS & DANCE EXPERT
Shelley’s journey with us began as a member of our Gold Mentorship Programme, where she scaled her performing arts business with incredible success. Now, she’s bringing her expertise to help other business owners grow, systemize, and create the freedom they envisioned.
With 30 years in the industry, Shelley’s career spans West End and touring musicals, including 42nd Street, Anything Goes, Carousel, and Oliver. After performing, she transitioned to coaching, becoming a choreographer, franchise owner, and support manager for major performing arts brands. Her own theatre school, Steppin Out Stars Of Tomorrow, has nurtured students in Matilda, Lion King, Les Misérables, and more.

Tania joined our Gold Mentorship a few years ago. She has spent the past 14 years building and growing a highly successful children’s football program in Australia alongside her husband, Rob. Recognising his natural ability to inspire young children, she combined that passion with her own extensive business expertise to create a thriving and sustainable operation.
With over 25 years’ experience across retail, sales, account management, and business development, Tania brings a well-rounded commercial skill set. In the sports industry, she has led all operational areas of the business, including recruitment, training, sales, finance, marketing, and people management.
In addition, Tania has four years’ experience as a Business Coach, working with a diverse range of clients.
She is passionate about helping business owners improve the two key drivers of success — productivity and profitability — and is known for her practical, results-focused approach.
