Over the last 20 years, I have been perfecting the art of running successful gyms and classes. My experience ranges from setting up classes in school halls and village halls to owning multiple premises and growing an online presence. We started our business out of a passion for teaching children the activities we provide, but no one taught us how to run it as a business—two very different things.
