A Gold Mentorship Programme mentee turned CEO, Amy built a thriving children's sports business, surpassing 1,000 players per month in 2024—and still growing! Now, she’s helping other children’s activity entrepreneurs scale and lead with confidence.
From a 16-year-old soccer newcomer to college captain and pro player with the Cincinnati Ladyhawks (W-League, USL), Amy combined her B.S. in Finance & M.S. in Sport Management to launch Tiny Troops Soccer while stationed in Japan as a USMC military spouse.
10 years later, Tiny Troops operates in 17 states, 50+ locations, and employs 60+ staff worldwide. She also founded Tiny Tot Soccer to expand early childhood sports. A mom of three, author, and advocate for military spouse employment, Amy has been featured in Sports Illustrated, Military Spouse Magazine, and was named 2021 Inspirational Leader of the Year.
